The events in Dragonlord take place in a world inhabited for centuries by humans, orcs, dragons and elves. As the four faction leaders competed for power, they declared war on each other – and a long and bloody battle ensued, with the dark lord of dragons taking advantage. He decided to destroy everyone. To be able to oppose him, the leaders make a truce and unite their forces against the Dragonlord. The player assumes the role of one of the leaders of four factions. Dragons can be both our allies and powerful enemies. From the beginning of the game we are accompanied by our own dragon, which over time in the process of development will become a beautiful Dragon Girl.
Characters
An important feature of the game Dragonlord is the ability to choose from more than 40 heroes, each of which has a set of unique abilities and talents. It can be, for example, strength that gives an advantage in direct combat or magic. Character development is very important in the game. We have to decide how we want to develop it. You can choose Protection to increase your chances of survival, Light to open up a direction for healing and blessings, or Darkness to develop debilitating skills and become a hard to defeat warrior. The uniqueness of the character is determined by a special selection of equipment and a combination of skills.
An interesting feature of the game is the ability to develop characters after reaching the maximum level of 70. We can still increase our level, gaining truly divine abilities. You also need to complete an army. In the game, we can recruit interesting characters to our team, such as a clever witch or a fire demon, and then improve them.
There are also pets waiting for us – in Dragonlord we can tame wild creatures and use them during the fight. One of the distinctive features of the game is the ability to acquire and develop your own dragons. We also have a mount, which can also be developed. It can be a phoenix, a griffin, various inventions of crazy engineers, and even creatures from the depths of hell. Mounts add combat power, which allows you to deal with challenges much faster. You can also work on the appearance of your pet.
Legendary dragons
We can go in search of legendary dragons, but remember: they only listen to the strongest! In different parts of the world, we can find six elemental dragons: Fire, Wind, Earth, Ice, Light and Darkness. Dragons can not only be fought, they can also be tamed. Each one is strong in its own way and has different skills. Riding them will increase our power and chances of winning.
Dragons accompany us in battle and improve the properties of the group. They inflict serious damage, breaking down even the most formidable defenses of rivals, and also help you move quickly around the game's maps. Each dragon has a special aura, which has a powerful effect on the units.
Gameplay
The game presents a colorful world inhabited by classic fantasy characters. On our way we meet knights, dragons, fairies, ghosts and monsters. The gameplay is based on character development, exploring the underworld and completing missions. When we get tired of the tasks, we can look into the arena and fight with other players to gain the appropriate reputation. As your character level increases, new possibilities open up – quests, dungeons, interesting locations, inter-server boss battles, power wars. In the game we fight with opposing factions to prove their superiority.
Your adventure in Dragonlord begins with a visit to the Holy City, where you'll meet the Warrior of Justice and the Light Summoner, the first of many characters you'll encounter on your journey. They give us the first rewards and tasks to complete. Shortly after, we set off into the world and find ourselves in the Dark Forest, where we fight our first battle. Skirmishes are one of the most important elements of Dragonlord. Reminiscent of Japanese RPGs in the style of Final Fantasy – played in turns, during which we can launch attacks or use special skills.
In Dragonlord, we perform dozens of different tasks. Each of them is accompanied by dialogues, thanks to which we can learn a little more about the background of the events. Performing quests, we gain more and more interesting items that make us stronger warriors, as well as experience, thanks to which we advance our character to the next level.

In addition to battles, hero development and tasks, there is also a strategic element waiting for us – upgrading our own castle and bonuses making the game easier.
Events
In the game, inter-server battles take place on weekends, and from Friday to Sunday, races are organized for the most powerful leaders, where you can show the strength of your mount.
