While exploring my fantasy world I was looking for something that would grab my attention and keep it with me for longer. Because of my fondness for dragons, I didn't want a game where I would have to fight them, but one where we can become good companions. And that's where Lord of the Dragons comes in – a browser MMO that takes us to a mythical land full of dragons, elves and orcs.

Dark forces and numerous traps lurk in this. Humans are not the strongest race here and that's why we have to face a lot of competition from other players in the race for the title of Dragonlord. To achieve this goal we will have to show that we are the most powerful leader by recruiting loyal warriors and fighting the evil armies of darkness. A nice solution is that each of the defeated monsters can join our team and become an ally. But that's not all – we will also prove our strength by taming wild horses and dragons, as well as by wielding the four elements and creating unique weapons.

Starting with cosmetic matters, the game gives us the ability to choose the gender of the character. Although it does not affect the development of the character itself, but it is a good start in creating our character. However, this choice is not only reflected in the image, but affects the form in which the dialogues are written. This is quite a valuable detail which makes the game more attractive if only because it is based mostly on story quests.
This hybrid RPG opens a path for us to numerous dungeons and offers turn-based combat. Among a large number of challenges and game options, the tutorial is a great help, which helps us a lot to master the mechanics of the game and go in the right direction. This is an undoubted advantage, especially for those who are just beginning their adventure with this type of game. In a word – follow the red exclamation mark and the elf, and you will certainly benefit from it. What we focus on in the game is clearing dungeons. We can not complain about the lack of tasks, because there is a lot of them. The dungeons themselves are divided into different types, including: mission dungeons, hero dungeons, trial dungeons, material dungeons, and even Dragon Invasion dungeons.
STRENGTH IN TEAM
The basis for the completion of the assigned tasks is team play. The game gives us a large package of allies that we can gain and thus create our own unique team. Creating it, however, is not as easy as you might think. Well, it is based on the synergy of heroes. This determines success in high-level locations. We receive the basic heroes as we progress through the story missions. But is it enough? Not necessarily, therefore acquiring stronger heroes in the Inn is advisable. It is important to match team members with each other to make the fight as effective as possible. Lord of Dragons turns out to be not such a simple game, where we just click what we are told. And very well, because it creates more interest in the game.
The development of individual team members is based not only on increasing their level. We have to take care of them by getting special scrolls, which we get for example in daily quests. It's also worth mentioning that the level of individual heroes can not exceed the level of our main character. Because how would it look like? In this case, it is not advisable that the apprentice surpasses the master. After all, it is him we are fighting for the title of the Dragonlord. For that we can make a lot of improvements increasing the stats of the whole team.
Lord of Dragons gives us one more option, which is as important as our team. These are mounts, which I personally like very much. A variety of pets that we can mount allows us to move faster on the map. And this is not the end of the story. Mounts, which we train are the perfect support on the battlefield by providing bonuses to statistics.
A DOSE OF FANTASTIC FUN
With a clear conscience I can recommend Lord of Dragons to anyone who likes to immerse themselves in a fantasy RPG world with elements of tactical gameplay. In addition, the game, despite the fact that it has micropayments, is not a title focused on Pay2Win. In my opinion, this is an important aspect, because money judging your position in the game is a factor that repels many players. Premium store is only a small facilitation.
Dragonlord is an adventure for a long time, because the extensive storyline and a multitude of tasks will not let you get bored. Just having your own mount builds the atmosphere of the game. In addition, access to the game in browser form opens the door to almost all users.
